I was born on September 9th in Altrincham, Cheshire, England.  When I was one we left Great Britain and arrived via Canada, in Los Angeles, California. My sister Veronica and I found time to step out at the beach and to dress in our favorite coats..

My beautiful Mom Margaret and my loving Dad John. I was blessed with wonderful
parents who were always there for me.

MY CAREER BEGINS...at age 3 Totally by accident, I was sent on an interview for a Sparkletts Water bottle label. I got the job, it was my first modeling job at the age of three.

Lots of modeling jobs followed.

ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS

The first time my sister Veronic and I worked togethe was in an Alfred Hitchcock Presents
called The Schartz-Metterklume Method. These Alfred Hitchcock episodes are released on DVD.

My first television job was for a GE Special. That's me sitting in the bathtub.

I was three when I was cast in my first movie role in Somebody Up There Likes Me. I played Audrey, Paul Newman and Pier Angeli's daughter. The role of Rocky Graziano was meant to go to James Dean, which is why Pier Angeli (Dean's girlfriend) was playing his wife. Dean then was killed in a car crash so they used the unknown Paul Newman instead. It was Paul Newman's first movie role and the beginning of a long and illustrious career. You can catch it sometimes on the late night movie and on DVD.

Soon after, I was cast in Something of Value, a movie starring
Rock Hudson and Sidney Poitier.

My sister Veronica and my Mom on Hollywood Boulevard with a jumbo beach ball.

Veronica and I took ballet for years with our teacher Mr. Belcher who was
the father of prima ballerina Marge Champion.
